How a 7-Day Design Sprint Gave an Architecture Studio a Website Worth Its Portfolio
A clean, image-forward architecture website designed to showcase projects with confidence, explain services clearly, and help global clients reach out faster—on desktop and mobile.

Context & Objectives
Turn a visual portfolio into a clear business tool for a global audience.
Intodesign Studio needed a modern website that could present architectural work in a refined, minimal way—without hiding key information behind heavy navigation or long pages. The focus was to balance aesthetics with usability so potential clients can quickly understand the studio’s style, capabilities, and services.
The objective was to improve project discovery, strengthen first-impression credibility, and create a smoother path from viewing the portfolio to contacting the studio.

Problem Statement
Architecture sites often look great but fail to communicate value quickly.
When portfolios rely only on visuals, users may struggle to understand what services are offered, what types of projects the studio takes on, or what makes the approach different. The challenge was to structure the content so each project tells a story—scope, intent, and outcome—without adding clutter.
The site also needed consistent hierarchy and responsive behavior so large imagery and project grids remain easy to browse and don’t slow down decision-making.

Information Architecture
A simple, client-friendly sitemap focused on credibility and exploration.
The IA was intentionally compact: Home sets positioning and highlights key work, Portfolio supports fast browsing and deeper project views, Services explains offerings in plain language, and About builds trust with the studio story.
Sitemap: Home, About, Portfolio, Services—structured to help users understand the studio quickly and explore work without friction.

Solution Strategy
Design a minimal UI system with strong project storytelling and clear CTAs.
I designed responsive screens that prioritize large visuals, clean typography, and predictable layouts so users can scan projects quickly and dive deeper when interested. UX decisions centered on project filtering/browsing patterns, consistent project detail templates, and service sections that connect design capability to real client needs.
The final direction supports a polished, premium feel while keeping conversion paths obvious—especially from Portfolio and Services into contact actions.
